We want you to enjoy Earth Huggers products, but if you need to return an item to us there are some simple terms and conditions that you need to follow that were agreed with us at the time of purchase and will allow us to deal with your issue fairly and with the minimum of burden for you as a customer.
Any item must be returned in salable condition and returned within 14 days of purchase in its original packaging. Damage or worn items cannot be exchanged. Refunds are given on the understanding that both the purchase item and postage and packaging cost will be refunded in full, but not the cost of returning the item to Earth Huggers.
